A complete folder for organizing all of the paperwork needed for mortgage transactions. These heavy pressboard fastener folders include eight manila dividers with pre-printed tabs for keeping different types of documents organized within the file. The front divider has a pre-printed form for the mortgage applicant's basic information as well as an inventory checklist to help keep track of documents that have been added to the folder. A manila jacket is included for smaller papers, certificates or photos that cannot be punched. Fastener compressor is included for tightly binding contents. Flat metal tab in top tab or end tab position has a replaceable insert, and printed tab dividers and jackets can be ordered separately for re-use of folder. 50 complete mortgage folders per box (50/box)
